Hello folks,
In 1891 Census my ancestors Annie Toole, Hugh Touhy and Mary Duffy (I suspect this is an Anglicised spelling of her pronunciation of 'Toughy' as we would spell it today) are listed as coming from 'Courish' or 'Courush' in Ireland.
I can find no such place in Ireland when I Google the name.
In 1901 Census it just says Ireland. If anyone knows I would be very grateful
Many Thanks for reading this

Hello and welcome to Rootschat.
Just for information - here is an earlier thread about the same people (from a different relative).

Have you checked 1911 census?
The index can be searched for free at https://familysearch.org/ and http://www.1911census.co.uk/. There is a charge for the full information.
