Title: Gamekeepers

Hi
I am after any information about a gamekeeper in Hampshire named Edward Day the dates would have been between 1800-1850. Is there any where I can find information about gamekeepers, I am in Australia so I can't make it to any archive places in the UK. His son Edward D Day was born in 1826 in Selborne Hampshire so his father must have worked in that area. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A lady called Dolina Clarke in Hampshire runs a Gamekeepers' Index. I was in touch in 2006. I am not sure if that email is her current one, cb
