Title: Parish lookup Market Drayton

Could anyone help with a lookup for Martha Banks bap. 5 jan 1834 Market Drayton. I was wondering if parents names were listed.
Also for Ann Banks Bap 14 May 1820 Market Drayton.  Mother Elizabeth Banks was wondering if fathers name anywhere.

Back than, if Ann was illegitimate, mother Elizabeth Banks, than mother marrys Thomas Gad, would Ann take on name Gad or keep Banks as surname?  Which name would appear on Ann's marriage cert?  Hope this is'nt a silly question but am trying to sort out if have right familes.  Any lead is a help.

Record states Martha Joyce Banks on baptism 5th Jan 1834 ...no parents noted
