Title: Query in Leeds
Post by: MarriedWithChildre on Friday 08 June 12 21:09 BST (UK)
An ancestor of mine in 1851 lived in Harehill Grove (or Lane).  He worked as a butler.  However the address only seems to house servants.  Was there a 'big house' in the area where he could have worked?  I always thought servants lived in?
