Hi everyone I'm looking for help to go further back with this family pls. Rodgers & Gulliver,  Have all later census with family in Lancashire thankyou. Need 1871, 61 & further back if possible  :)

1881 census
Below Garn Trevethin, Monmouth, Wales
Eliza RODGERS Head W Female 46 1835 Llandenny, Monmouth, England
Thomas GULIVER Son In Law M Male 26 1855 Trevethin, Monmouth, England Coal Miner
Elizabeth GULIVER Daur M Female 24 1857 Pontypool, Monmouth, England
Jane A. GULIVER Granddaur Female 3 1878 Trevethin, Monmouth, England
John R. GULIVER Grandson Male 1 1880 Trevethin, Monmouth, England
Eliza GULIVER Granddaur Female 2 m 1881 Trevethin, Monmouth, England

On later census also say Garndiffaith as place of birth

Alfred Rosser son 7
Maryann Rosser son 5
George Rosser son 3
Edwin Rosser brother 36

The only marriage I could find for a Thomas Guliver was in Sept 1876, Pontypool and on the same page is an Elizabeth Rosser.

Do you think this could be the correct family shown above?

John Prodger head male 60yrs born somerset
 Eliza Prodger wife  female 36 years  born Monmouthshir
 Thomas Gulliver Stepson, Male 16 years Born Monmouthshire
Address; Victoria Village ,Trevethin, Pontypool
 Prodger probably mistranscribed for Rodgers

Oh my goodnes, thought I was lucky (Welsh history) finding family with mother in law & look what happens,  ;D

My mum was a Williams father Evan but I was lucky he had middle name Jeremiah ;D

Looks like there is a family tree Redfern/Finch with Thomas Gulliver 1855 Monmouthshire, could be from this family.

Marriage: 9 Feb 1907 St Thomas, Golborne, Lancashire, England
Samuel Finch - 24 Stoker Bachelor of 13 Grundy St (John Thomas Finch's brother)
Mary Ann Gulliver - 23 Spinster of 4 Legh St  (Jane Ann Gulliver's sister)
Groom's Father: John Finch, deceased, Engine Tender
Bride's Father: Thomas Gulliver, Coal Miner
Witness: William Churton; Eliza Gulliver

or could be from John & Jane :)
