there's a townland named Barntown about 10km west of Wexford town. It's in the civil parish of Carrick and seems to be in the RC parish of Glinn.

The church was just west of Barntown townland. Here it is on the c1890s OSI maps :

Barntown RC Church / St. Alphonsus (http://maps.osi.ie/publicviewer/#V1,699615,621720,6,9)

On the earlier maps the church is located further south, but right beside the border with Barntown townland.

...you don't happen to know if there are any church records online for this parish :)

The parish doesn't seem to be included in RootsIreland records at the moment.

Records are available in the National Library on microfilm Pos. 4247, and these include baptisms and marriages back to 1817. Also some death/burials back to 1823.

Hi

Does anybody know where this church in Wexford is ?

It is located in the townland of Barntown. That is why it is Barntown church…. :)
This is not simply tautology, there are many sources to locate Irish townlands, online maps, etc.
As for why you have not located parish records for Barntown, that is also straightforward - Barntown is not a parish, it is part of the parish of Glynn, i.e you need to look for Glynn records.

Barntown has records. It is the half parish of GlynnBarntown.  Fr Carroll is the priest in Barntown while Fr Stafford is the Parish Priest of Glynn.
