Title: denford
Post by: lygrha on Thursday 17 May 12 21:40 BST (UK)
Iam trying to trace my Denford line from Bristol.

I am interested in finding info about Martha and William John Henry Denford who I think married 1806. Martha was a Goddard before marriage.

I know of 2 sons Samuel who was deported to Australia and Richard who married Elizabeth Murrow.

thannks

Marriage appears to have been at Bedminster.

Hi
I am sure I can help I am grandson of Francis A Denford Percys brother, so we may be related. I have done quite a lot of work, even tracing some of the Aussies. Tell me what you need. If you are still out there. I have got back to William and Martha Goddard but stopped. Another interest is where the middle name Brownscombe comes from.

There were three Denford brothers living Cwmtillery, Monmouthshire, two perished in the Great War, originally from Redcliffe, Bristol.
