Hi,  have FindMyPast changed their rules? Logged on tonight and I can no longer view any previously viewed images. Have full subscription and no way can I have exceeded the fair usage figure. Is it just a problem my end or have things cahnged? Apologies if I am posting on wrong board

Hello Ronnie

I was wondering if you have considered contacting FindMyPast directly to ask them? If they haven't changed anything then they s/b able to help you sort things out as well, I'd think?

Hi, yes I did contact them and they did get back to me having checked all was ok with my account. I had rebooted, run my cleaner and antivirus all to no avail, but when I logged on today all was ok again, so I guess it was a just a glitch somewhere in the system. I am just grateful its back to normal. Thanks alot for taking the time to answer - you can always rely on the forum.
