HI Advent,
Quite possibly Charles born 1879 United States, occupation:- painter and Agnes (under Augnes) Turner with 3 children are living at 78 Bidder Street. Liverpool, England in 1911.
First child born in the USA, second child in Scotland and the third in Liverpool. The links below are to the free part of the censu, perhaps these links would be worth investing in to view the family and confirm if it is yours.

Hi Advent Sandra
I am also researching Agnes Donaghey. The above links are for the same Agnes Donaghey (The Chas name confused me-it should state Mary). Mabel Turner(Agnes's Daughter) birth record 28th March 1905 states the Father Charles Turner's Occupation as a Painter.
There is a record of Agnes Turner arriving in America on 10th June 1912 She is stated as being a Widow and visiting an 'Aunt Annie McMernagh' (sounds like Turner?)
I have been told She changed her name/remarried but I did'nt know the Surname.
