I don't see him in 1883 or 1886

Hi Old Boy: I looked in an 1890 Pittsburgh directory. No Joseph Moon listed.

It is possible that there was a Ravine St. in Pittsburgh in the 1880s, but the one I found on a map just now is actually a bit northeast of the Pittsburgh city limits. It's in O'Hara Township.

The Sarah St. address is in a neighborhood called the South Side. There used to be a very large steel works there.
