I am trying to find out what happened to Thomas Valentine Vaughan and his wife Ada after 1901.He was born in 1862 to Lewis Vaughan and Margaret Vaughan(born in Bala,Wales). His father was a bricklayer and they were in Liverpool in 1871.In 1882 Thomas married Ada Lois Pitt and he was a comic vocallist.I have found them in 1891 and 1901 with lots of children but the whole family seems to disappear after this point. Can anyone help to find this missing family?Did they emigrate?etc.Thank you.-COMPLETED>

Hi
Their daughter Lilian Eunice Vaughan marries in Liverpool on 15th September 1921 to James Lionel Harrison at St John the Divine, Fairfield, so they seem to stay in Liverpool. Gives her address as 104 Grey Rock Street, off West Derby Road. James Lionel is 33 and is a Ships Steward, son of a Bank Manager, David Harrison. Witnesses were Maimie Florence Vaughan (sister?) and Frederick Allen
Thomas Valentine is described as a Music Hall Artist and is deceased by 1921.
Ada Lois (Pitt) Vaughan dies at 104 Grey Rock Street on 10 August 1938. Lilian Eunice Harrison (Vaughan) is her executor, leaving £200 15 s 5d.

There is a death registration for Thomas Valentine Vaughan in March Quarter of 1915 in Liverpool, aged 58, which corresponds with the birth according to the census, so the whole family should still be together in 1911
Can't see a Will for him yet nor marriages for the rest of the children

Thank you for all that information.I still cannot find them though after 1901 but I will keep looking!Kind regards

Lilian Eunice and a child (won't name her as she could still be alive) arrived in New York on board the Laurentic on 19 February 1934.
It doesn't say where they were going but might be worth looking if they stayed out there or if her sisters went out as I can't see any of the sisters dying or getting married yet.
Possible death for Lilian in 1950 (September quarter, aged 60 in Liverpool)

Thank you very much!

Ada Lois Vaughan Jnr doesnt seem to have married - death registration in December Quarter 1943 in Liverpool

In 1950's Vaughan family owned a Kensington, Liverpool 6, England Chandlers store, it wrapped around the corner having side entrance on Kemble Street.
Area has long since been redeveloped
