Hi cannot locate Daniel at present in 1861, but their are known problems with missing pages in certain areas of London, he could be on one of them, but in 1891 he is with his brother William both shown as Peddar on FindMyPast aged 19 and 16 working for George Thrower a Butcher on Census Ref RG10/222/94/91
Think this is William in 1851:-

Eliza 26 b Kingston, Surrey
Eliza Ann 3 b St Pancras

Daniel's Pedder's wife's maiden name was actually Hayhow (often mis-spelt!) - her parents were John Hayhow & Mary Ann Tuvey (spelt at marriage as Tubey - but this surname has been very mis-spelt!) ... she was the Sister of my g.g.g.grandmother, Eliza 'Ann' Tuvey/Tubey/Tubby! Their parents were James & Eliza Tuvey - I have more info. if you'd like it, e-mail me on: (*)
Kind Regards
