:)Hi  I need some help re my Grandfather Arthur Newman Pelling born 1888 in Brighton Sussex, in 1938 he was a Detective Superintendent in the Brighton Police, I know almost nothing about him and was wondering if someone cold tell me how I might research his Police career.
