Title: Low family - Humbie

Alexander Low b. April 26, 1793 to William Low and Margaret Anderson in Humbie. Does anyone know of other Low family members in Humbie or Houndwood possibly even buried there?  I know Margaret was from this area but not sure about William or other family members.

Just to let you know that Humbie is technical in East Lothian

Oh I see

Have to tried the Parishes of Fala/Soutra and Channelkirk

In the 1841 Census there is a William Low age 70 in Fala/Soutra

Also a Alexander Low age 10 at Channelkirk

Also try the other spellings like Lowe

I'll look through some of my books when I get time
