Title: Marriage ST. CLEMENT Worcester
Post by: musictrish on Wednesday 11 April 12 19:49 BST (UK)
William Brookes married Eleanor Perkins at St Clement's Worcester 2 May 1808.
If anyone has access to these records, I would like to know if the couple were 'of this parish' or if any details  of their abode is given please. I am having difficulty tracing their places of  birth . All children to the above were born in Norton Juxta Kempsey. 1851 Census states they were both born MATHON but there are no records of  them being bapt. there.

Hi
The parish register for St Clements, Worcester indicates that both William and Eleanor were "of this parish". The witnesses were C or E Radcliffe (signature) and Hannah Taylor (her mark)

Hi Nemo,  many thanks for your help, just as I suspected, both 'of this parish',  but maybe I can get some  clues as to their origins through the witnesses.
