Title: Fienga family Wales and Italy

How do you go about tracing family in Italy? I am looking for birth details of Ezis Fienga born in Italy (possibly Genoa?), daughter Maria is then born in France in 1884 and then other children are born in Cardiff, also a granddaughter Enrichitta Lupi 1879 born in Italy. Really don't know where to start with the Italian links? Thank you

so it points to Fienga family being from Naples
Lupi ....3 results only
Italy - Roma
America .......but they all spell LUIPI ...maybe her name was mistranscribed here in England and it should be LUIPI and not LUPI ??

I have just spotted that they may be from Leghorn in Italy and it is Ezio? If anyone can help that would be great?
