Title: Palletts of Essendon
Post by: loobielooe on Monday 02 April 12 00:19 BST (UK)
Hi, I have just found this site and feel a bit of a numpty!! Just not computer literate.  I reply to the ladies request I first saw, but cannot get back to the page to reply to it.  I understand that you cannot leave emails on this site... So I am afraid that I have information about the Palletts of Essendon that may be of interest.  I have gone back to the 1700's, many of whom were born and died in Essendon. My grandmother was a 'Pallett' before she married.  I am not sure if the lady that was looking for the information was called Yvonne.  I seem unable to navigate this site.  If there is anyway that she can get in touch, I will be happy to help with details.  I am hoping that I will get a reply by email (somehow?) and be of use to her.  I have a lot of information on the family.

Kind Regards

Marilyn Spencer-Thomas

I can be found on facebook (plymouth network)

go to the top of this page and click on surnames
when you get to the next page click on "p" this will bring up the surname pallett
click on that and you will get all the people with an interest in that surname
amongst the people interested is indeed yvonneC her username is YJC
click on yvonnes name and when the next page crops up scroll down to the bottom and click on "show the last posts of this rootschatter" you will then be able to scroll down her posts until you come to the one asking about pallett
click on where it says palletts from essendon that will take you to her post you can then reply to her

Hi, I have only just found this message, and thank you for the info.  I did manage to get in touch with YJC and she is indeed a relative of mine and we have exchanged many details.  The last year I have been absent quite a bit due to the loss of my grandson  age 20.  Hope to get back to normal again soon.  Also I WILL find how to navigate this site.
