Arthur FORSTER b 1877 Oxford was married by the time of the 1901 census, so it won't help you with siblings.   I cannot find him at all as FORSTER prior to 1901 on either Ancestry or FindMyPast, but there is an Arthur FOSTER in 1891 that looks likely - father William, mother Mary A.   At that time there are two siblings; George 18 and Frank 13.

Regards
Harry

The FOSTER family Harry found is listed as FORSTER in 1881, but the only child of William and Mary Ann according to this census is their adopted son George W CARTER.  Mary's brother Mark HALSEY is with them, as well as two visitors: Alfred JARVIS aged 5 and Frank JARVIS aged 3.

There don't seem to be any FORSTER/FOSTER births in Oxford for Arthur or Frank, and I wonder whether the Forsters also adopted the Jarvis boys?  (Although Alfred would have to morph into Arthur!)   ???
