Hi all,
I am lucky enough to be going to London for work.. and will have a few days to check out some places my family born/lived/married or died in.
I can find where they lived from the census records (and lucky for google streets, can see if it is worth visiting) but with the Marriage certificates it just says eg/ the Marriage was solemnized at The Church in the Parish of Bromley, St Leonard in the county of Middlesex. I won't have time to sit in offices going through paperwork.. is there any other way to pinpoint the church before I go?
Help!

What was the name of the couple and date of the marriage?
Ancestry have the London Marriage Banns.

The "parish church of Bromley St. Leonard" was St. Mary's church. Sadly it no longer exists (destroyed during WWII).
I just found this image online of where it would be today:

Yes the London, England, Marriages and Banns - Parish Register for Henry Denne and Charlotte Ann Lunnon is indexed for Bromley St Leonard St Mary in the Borough of Tower Hamlets 15 Jan 1842. Father's names: Joseph Lunnon & John Denne.
