Hi everyone,
I am looking for the whereabouts of a (*). He was born approx 1945 to (*).
Last known address is having him living in Emerald, Victoria.
Is he still alive and if so Where is he now. In urgent need to contact him.
Any clues would be fantastic.
Many thanks

Hitwigsandbranches56,
Sorry we are unable to help with living persons due to privacy and security issues. Please see

I have removed all the details from this post. I am afraid all we can offer is general advice. We may have some members who will be willing to try to help you privately. To speak privately we use our secure PM system but unfortunately as you are new you will need to post a couple more times before it is fully functional.
I am going to leave your post minus the details so that you are aware what happened to it. All the best in your hunt.

As general advice, the best place to start would probably be the electoral roll.

It would appear the information on the request has been taken from the electoral roll. I checked before the names were removed.

I notice that the ERs are mentioned in the thread that the Moderator has already covered at Reply #1.

And your point is ?

I think the point is that there are hundreds of us willing and wanting to help. The danger is that twigsandbranches will receive hundreds of PM's with the same info (from those who saw the name) or offering to look up the same info (from the rest of us).
The experts are just letting us know that they have the matter in hand (and work is going on behind the scene)
;)
cheers,

Hi
Born in 1945, may be receiving a pension, you could try to write to centalink (if you know the persons date of birth), explaining why you need to contact the person they may foward the letter. centalink will not tell you any information.

Indeed so. My brief comment addressed the topic of the originator of this thread succinctly. Looking in the electoral roll was not suggested by anyone else before me. There were references to other long threads, which I am not particularly interested in re-reading. This question has been answered many times before, but the original poster clearly did not look very far before they posted, so I answered the question for them.
