Title: Birkenhead Cemetery Gibson
Post by: AlecJBriggs on Monday 19 March 12 13:25 GMT (UK)
Hi

I am trying to locate the grave of Thomas Gibson, born in Dundee 1884 Died in Birkenhead in 1919. I don't know if he is buried in a cemetery or churchyard, The lady at Birkenhead Cemetery was having a particularly bad day and refused to even discuss where he might be, telling me, repeatedly, a search would be £42 with no guarentees. Anyone got any ideas where the Birkenhead burial records for 1919 could be found, I live in Harrogate so not impossible to get to Wirral as long as I have an idea where to visit. Thanks

Hi, AlecJBriggs, I suggest you put a post on the  Cheshire Board on here and ask if anyone would look this up for you.  There are a couple of very generous regulars on that board who do look ups in Birkenhead Library or the Wirral Archives.
