So if you have not found a ancestor in the St Issells area perhaps he or she attended Sardis.
I hope to have my baptism transcription completed by the 24th March so that it may be seen by anyone interested at the Glamorgan FHS Open Day at the Swansea Maritime Museum, at which I have once again been invited to have a stand for the 5th or 6th year.

Having now completed the transcription of Sardis Baptism Register 1803 to 1837.
I have moved on to compiling the Baptism Register of the Wesleyan Chapel at Pembroke Dock 1839 to 1857, whose members, whose surnames I have not seen before, attended from parishes, the likes of Tenby, Jameston, Narberth Pembroke & Monkton to name a few.
On the way I quickly compliled the known members of Bethel Chapel St Florence circa 1814 to 1818
Both transcripts will be free (like all my material) to view at ;

Hi
Re: Sardis chapel members
One of the members Margaret Allen was my grandmother. I have been told that she is buried at Sardis with her husband William but I cannot see a tombstone. Would you have any information on this lady e.g baptism, marriage or death info? Do you publish your transcriptions online?
Any help would be appreciated.
Regards,
Etna

One of the members Margaret Allen was my grandmother.
I have only transcribed so far 1803 to 1837 which is much to early for your family, there are no 'Allen's' listed for this period.
I think the best way to find any 20th century members is to contact the Chapel direct.
Non of my databases are on line or published, I have done them for my own interest and to assist in any queries people may have that.

I have now completed 1748 to 1837 for Monkton Parish Registers including all Baptism Mrge and Burial details shown. Having already completed Monkton 1711 to 1748 which was included in the Register that was called "The Register of the Three Parishes".
This complements my transcription of Pembroke St Mary and St Michael 1711 to 1950's.
I hope now to carry on and complete 1837 to the 1900's for Monkton St Nicholas.
Any queries ~ only too willing to assist.
