Title: present owner bumkes house in goscinowo

Hi,
I am trying to find the present owner of the BUMKE househould in Goscinowo (formerly Germany/Neumark, now Poland).  My grandfather Julius Bumke did own it in the past and left approx. 1943/44.  The farmhouse is situated approx. in the centre of the village.
If anybody could tell me where I can get information of past and present ownerships, I would be very grateful. I am very interested to see the house for ones to get a feel for where my grandfather lived.

Is that Bumke originally from Berlin?
