I have just been given an old sepia photo of an airman
who died in 1945 in an operation.
Can anyone improve on this photo please .
possible put some colour into it.

This is very small any chance of a rescan at 300dpi

Still a very poor quality scan at 72dpi which makes it very difficult to improve.
Can you scan at at least 300dpi?
The file size is 14Kb but you are allowed unto 500Kb so a way to go yet.

Sorry about my capital letters.
I have Paint Shop Pro 8 as the software
So if you can tell me how I get the scan to 300 dpi
I would be grateful.

on my software I have Epson scanner

Forgot to say the printer is an all in one Epson Stylus SX110
