Hi Caroline

Is this topic now 'completed'?

If so, it really helps the moderating team with their housekeeping if you go back to the first post, click on the 'modify' button and amend the topic title to include the word 'completed' and clcik 'save.

The moderators will then come along and move the topic to the 'completed' sections of the forum.

Hope this helps.

Dawn

Hi Caroline

No need to apologise but thank you for helping out.

If you can do that to all your completed topics as you go along it means rootschatters don't look at topics you don't need help with.

Also, completed topics are moved off the current forum but not deleted so if a family member stumbles across your topics in the future via a search engine they can still make contact with you.
