Post by: Buckden on Friday 17 February 12 21:22 GMT (UK)
Does anyone have any information on a George and Ellen Brooks who lived in West Ham during the early part of the 1900's?

Hi

To prevent duplication of effort, what do you already know?

Address, ages, when married, children etc

And what, more specifically are you hoping to find?

(This topic may be moved as West Ham is historically in Essex)

I do not have any information on either George or Ellen other than they had a daughter named Mary. Mary may have also been listed as May.
I would like to find out where they lived and if possible what became of them.

Thanks for that. Does anyone know what happened to them once they crossed the river to West Ham?

They can be found on the 1911 census in the West Ham district but we can't do look-ups here

Thank you for that, I had got some of that info, but not all.
I am more interested in finding out what happened after the 1901 census and what became of any of the family in the hope of getting some facts on their daughter Mary.
