Post by: Legiuk on Friday 17 February 12 20:53 GMT (UK)
Hello this is my first time posting and apologies if I make any errors.I would be incredibly grateful if any kind person could please help me with the above named chap. There are a couple of variations on the spelling ie Deanes

He was born in Bradford in 1765 and married and married Margaret Hunter in Mionkwearmouth,Co.Durham in 1808 and died in Monkwearmouth 13/04/1819.
I would like to find out his fathers name details and their ancestors etc.If parish records are available to be seen -could anyone please help.

Thank you very much in advance
Phil Deans

Hi and welcome.
Depending on your location, the Bradford records are held at the main library.
(Problem there is limited access due to major health/safety work, completion date unknown)
What about Anc*****, have you a membership? I don't due to lack of finance.
Maybe one of the other members who has access will help you along the way.
Do you know which part of Bradford your William came from?
 Regards Brian

Welcome to Rootschat.

There's nothing leaping out at me from the Ancestry West Riding parish records.  However, there is another site, free, which you might like to try - www.calverley.info where there are transcriptions for a number of Bradford churches.

Hope this helps.
