Title: Lookup in Stonehouse 1841 please

Could anyone please look up Charles Augustus OWEN, born 1821 in Stonehouse in the 1841 census. I've checked his birth in the IGI, and there his mother is stated as Ann Matilda Owen, but I don't know the father.
