Hi Sharon I probably can help with this as my ancestors came from Hatfield Broad Oak this Joseph married twice before Beatrice two called Mary. My link is James born 1784 to a Letitia she later married a Thomas marriage he married at Great Canfield to an Elizabeth Pool lived at High Roding. The problem was until recently Hatfield Br0ad Oak records were in the church safe. Now at Essex record office. The westwood family at White Roding were publicans Whalebone been closed a few years.I haven't linked Joseph to my line but they had an Elizabeth baptised as Castle Westwood. There was James = Elizabeth Castle I think it was by license at Gt Hallingbury . I believe I have a copy somewhere.
I will look it up .
Bye for now Pauline

Hi Pauline
Thanks for your reply :)
since posting this info request I have just about got my Westwood's sorted and am slowly getting there with my Wolfe's
I do remember seeing Thomas & Letitia Westwood whilst trawling through the parish records on Seax and did wonder if they would eventually belong to me
Elizabeth Castle Westwood has been driving me nuts for years............apart from her baptism, I have been unable to find any records for her. Heres hoping the info you have will help
I will send you a PM with my email address and pass on to you anything I have that may be of interest to you
Talk soon
