can old photographs be enlarged if i only have a small copy of it?

Welcome to Rootschat :D

The answer is yes - to a point.  Some people have software which can "add in" pixels to enlarge a photo, but there is a point at which there are more added pixels than original ones, and the picture doesn't look so good.

In my experience, you're almost never going to get a good enlargement of a small picture.  You are much better off trying to get a better copy of the original.

Why not post your picture here and see if people can do something with it?

http://www.ononesoftware.com/products/suite/perfect-resize/?ind is generally accepted as the best way of enlarging small photographs. You pays your money ........... etc.
