Does anyone know if these records are online and how do I access them.

To the best of my knowledge, these registers/rolls aren't online.

You may find them on Wakefield Met. Dist. Council's website:- http://www.wakefield.gov.uk/default.htm

Failing that, they should be held at West Yorkshire Archive at Wakefield:- http://www.archives.wyjs.org.uk/
