with the second man, the studio was about c.1900 and thats all i could fined,

The backing of each photo looks like very early 1900s. However, the second photo doesn't look like the first in terms of image quality and may be a reprint. Often people had copies made after the death of the subject, as a memorial photo, and it's possible that's what this is.

The second one was taken at the studio of Arnold Jarchy.He was the great grandfather of Poirot actor David Suchet.The clip below is from Who Do You Think You Are and shows David Suchet being shown around what was his great grandfather's studio.
