Post by: jkhansen on Tuesday 31 January 12 19:16 GMT (UK)
Census 1841 - Angus (Forfarshire)
Could someone please check for me to clarify a point: David FOORD born Apr 23, 1796 at Kirkden is the son of David FOORD and Agnes WALLACE but I was told recently, that David FORD's parents were George FORD and Agnes MILL according to Census 1841. Other children?

According to http://wc.rootsweb.ancestry.com David Foord is the son of Daivd FORD and Agnes WALLACE.

I need to be sure so any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

EV: Yes, this is David FORD that is married to Crawford PULLLAR in Dunnichen, July 31, 1830 and I have now the two Wills. It is written in the Will of 1861 -to divide the same equally among my children Agnes, Eliza, Henry, George Dempster, Ann, David, John, Harriet, and James share and share alike. . I feel that I am on the right tract but need to be sure...

Thanks Br1gau - SCT1841/283 - is our ancestors.
Pat - your line of Fords don't seem to be my/our line but will check at a later date.
Thanks for helping
