As you are looking for info post-1903 marriage - have you checked the 1911 census?
Have you checked freebmd for Holden births with a mothers maiden name of Taylor

www.freebmd.org.uk

Complete longshot as I don't know how old John was
There is a death on freebmd in Rochdale in 1906 for a John William Holden aged 32
There is a 1913 marriage in Rochdale for a Beatrice Holden to John Horsfield

www.lancashirebmd.org.uk gives the 1903 marriage as follows
1903 Holden John to Taylor Beatrice Stopford at St Bartholomew, Whitworth Preston ... PRESTON /121/198
so is Whitworth by Rochdale ?...the marriage is registered at Preston - not Rochdale
allan
ADDED ..Whitworth is in the borough of Rossendale and Rochdale is to the south of it...
www.lan-opc.org.uk/Search/indexp.html may have John Holden or Beatrice Taylor records ....there is a baptism for a Beatrice SHEPHERD Taylor on this site...I wonder if the name has been mistranscribed somewhere along the line ?

Beatrice Shepherd Taylor is someone else, as she marries in Bolton in 1906

Not sure if you have clarified this but Lancs BMD just means that the registers are at Preston. The marriage was at Whitworth as you say (Rochdale).
John William Holden's death in 1906 was registered in Rochdale (Whitworth and Wardle sub-district)

There'sa public tree on Ancestry which has Beatrice as b April - June 1884 in Sheffield, but nothing of her marriage. Links her to 1891 and 1901 census entries with comments that she and her brother are the adopted children of her late father's housekeeper

However there is a birth of Beatrice Stopford-taylor in Sheffield in Oct - Dec 1883, which seems more likely

Thank you Mabel and Heywood...that narrows it down .I never thought to look for a hyphenated name...lesson learnt there....allan

If yu lose track of her, could she have emigrated. Her brother Lawrence (b1881) can be found coming in from Rhodesia via Durban in 1929
Added: he left the country in 1909, as far as I can see

Hello All,
Thank-you for all the replies.
Yes it is Beatrice Stopford Taylor that I am trying to find after her marriage to John William Holden, I have looked on the 1911 census for her & for other marriages or her death but cannot find any records after the Holden marriage.
