Looking to fill in gaps re Benjamin (1842?) son of Simon (1816) and Ellen. He was a footman somewhere in the Leiston area in 1861 and shows to have married Julia (Vickerman?) in the London area about 1963.

Thanks everybody, the results confirm my research so far. I have done a name analysis, can anyone show a confirmed link to the Jordans in Pakenham in the late 1700s, they fit the patterns and could easily drop into the tree but the distance apart seems large for the time.
