Title: Diabetes in the Grey/Gray families
Post by: CharlesGray on Monday 02 January 12 16:30 GMT (UK)
I am researching the Gray Ruthin/Powys histories to see if I can link them to a Gray family in the States. A reoccuring theme in the Gray family is diabetes. I need to know if there is any history of the Wasting disease in the Welsh Greys ?

Hi
Gosh thats a long shot!
To try and link them do you have the welsh Greys on census and info on who left Wales and went to the States, may be easier for anyone interested in the Greys to see the actual families?
cheers cardiff :-\

Lots of Greys in Llangyfelach from 1700 to 1800.  I have no causes of death.    Liz

Charles your title mentions Diabetes and then you ask about history of the Wasting disease.
These are not the same thing.
"The Wasting disease" was generally used for TB.

So which do you mean?
