Can anyone do anything with this like sharpen,darken,and take the crease out of it,would be much appreciated.

It is VERY small, Judy! ;)
I played with it a bit but if you want a really good restore by the 'pros' , are you able to scan at a much higher dpi? It can be done ever with a really small photo. Up to 300 would be good.
I can't do much more 'cos I can't see anything if I enlarge it to try! :-\

don't know, but will throw my hat into the ring with 1900s - 1905-1910 maybe - judging on the photo of my grandmother wearing similar clothing, and with a similar hairstyle.

a better scan will get you better results
