I am trying in vain to find Frederick Trimmer. His parents are James Herbert Trimmer born 5th Jan 1890 in Badshot Farnham and died in 1958 .He married Eva Coles on 4th Sep 1915 at the Parish of Hale Surrey.. Their witness's were : Fred Coles and Florence Horne.
James herbert Trimmer and Eva Coles had two children to my knowledge
1. Arthur William Trimmer b. 11th March 1920 in Surrey and died 29th Dec 1992
2, John Trimmer born 6th Jan 1928 in Surrey and died 2nd June 2011 in Hamilton NZ.
They say there is a third child being Frederick Trimmer and he died during WW2. I have search records for his birth and can not find him anywhere. My thoughts were perhaps he was born out of wedlock and has another surname since I can not find him. I am beging to think he does not exist. I am about to pull my hair out with frustration can anyone find this Frederick to solve this mystery :'(
Many thanks
Maggie May.

I would like to thank you Isobelruss for the information you have given me on Frederick Trimmer .
This proves my theory that he was born out of wedlock and must of taken the Trimmer name when his mother married James.
Merry christmas to you and a happy new year.
Maggie May. :)

His parents wed in 1915, he was b 1917.
I think that rather DISproves it.

I have the following information which I hope may be of some use to you.
TRIMMER Frederick Herbert George Sgt 1391993 RAFVR 20/11/42 aged 25.
Trimmer was in training at 9 Advanced Flying Unit at RAF Llandwrog, now called Caernarfon Airport. On 20/11/42 he was part of a 5 man crew in an Anson serial number N4981 on a cross country training flight from RAF Penrhos on the Lleyn Peninsular near Pwllheli when after only 25 minutes at around 14:35hrs the aircraft struck Moel Eilio above the village of Betws Garmon. The impact was heard by people in the village and they quickly located the crash site. Normally a search party would have been sent out by 9 (O)AFU from Llandwrog but this team was already occupied with the search for another aircraft which had also been lost in the area. It fell to personnel from the RAF bomb storage depot at Llanberis to attend the scene and recover the bodies of the crew. They arrived at 18:00hrs and found that one of the crew had survived the crash but had died from the effects of shock and exposure as they arrived. The following day by 9 (O)AFU recovered the five bodies.
Buried Englefield Green Cemetery, Surrey, Plot 17. Grave 536.
The son of James Herbert and Eva Trimmer of Egham.
TRIMMER joined the Metropolitan Police on 8/3/37. His unique Warrant Number was 125720. He was a Police Constable on H Division, which is the Tower Hamlets area of East London.
Regards
Kevin
