Title: Logout

Rootschat is keeping me logged in even though I keep hitting the logout button on the bar. Normally it reverts me to guest but this is not happening. Any ideas or who I should contact? Thanks.

I'll alert the technical team.

Just a couple of questions first.

Do you have more than one tab/browser window open when you hit the log out button?

And is staying logged in causing a particular problem from a technical point of view?

Thanks, Little Nell and Berlin Bob. Have no other windows open when trying to logout. Tried again this morning but no luck. Not apparently causing any other technical problems but still like to know why happening.
