Title: Help with photos

These photos were taken in Egypt possibly when my father was with ISLD in Cairo and it would be a great help if I could identify some of the people.
The first is one of a set and is printed on the back "Photo Albert Issa, Beyrouth"
The second is taken at the entrance to Aswan Dam in Luxor.

I can't help much, but I do know that "Beyrouth" is the French version of "Beirut", in Lebanon :)

Hi Pru,
Thanks for the info.
Although Beirut is not mentioned in my fathers service record and he is in the photo, I think it dates it about Sept 1943 ++
