Last year I replied to a topic in your forum and recently received a message back. I now wish to reply to the message but when I attempt to follow the help advice on replying it tells me to click on boxes that don't seem to appear anywhere on the page with the message. I'm sure it's me being particularly thick but HELP me before the laptop goes out of the window.

Can you click on the blue "report to moderator"?
(not on your own posts)

Then ask a mod to unlock.

Thanks for the advice, which I followed and now everything is rosy again.
