Title: Carlton Street whereabouts?
Post by: marcinabolan on Sunday 20 November 11 21:26 GMT (UK)
On the 1881 census, one of my ancestors lived at 13 Carlton Street, Stockton On Tees. No idea where it was. Can any of you lovely people help me? Many thanks x

Found it on a 1899 street map of stockton.
If you go on google maps and key in "Corporation Street , Stockton-on-Tees".
There is a road nearby called "Carlton Close" - which is pretty much where Carlton Street was.

It's on the alan godfey map of Stockton (North) 1899
