I'm doing research into an individual who I know was working as a hotel waiter in Norwich in 1911 but I don't know which one. Drawing up a list of all hotels open in that period might make things easier.

there are alot of hotels in norwich that are old enough for that period, what is the persons surname and have you checked 1911 census for their address as this might give an area to start looking in

Surname is Wicks, the family were living on the Old Palace Road in 1911.
