unfortunately there are a couple of problems with searching for details on your Callaghan's - the common surname, the very early date, and the lack of a detailed location. This makes it very difficult to even start a search..
Do have names and years of birth for the Cork born children you mentioned ?
The later baptisms have a better chance of being available somewhere, so they might be the ones to try to search for first, as if a baptism could be located for even one of their children, it could give you a location to follow up.
The other possibility would be to recheck all Australian records to see if there is any clues as to location in those
see : Callaghan 1 (http://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php/topic,521245.msg3763950.html#msg3763950) , Callaghan 2 (http://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php/topic,530659.msg3850539.html#msg3850539)
It's better to keep to one thread for a particular subject, rather than starting a new one.

your previous posts mentioned that you didn't know where in Co. Cork you Callaghan family came from - what are your sources for these baptisms and marriages, have you transcripts already from parishes ?
The first thing to do is to work out what these locations are i.e. townlands, towns or parishes.. and find them geographically to check where they are located, and then work out which parishes apply, so you can check if records exist
You didnt mentioned what denomination your Callaghan and [O']Mahony families where ... I'm presuming RC for the moment ?
The denomination is very important as not only are there completely separate records, but the parish names and areas are different.

hello,
a great grandfather, james callaghan, married a great grandmother, mary ann smyth in approximately 1843 in cork. james' parents were michael callaghan and mary finn. james and family later migrated to england and scotland.
let me know if this rings any bells.

I'm not clear what you are trying to search for ... you seem to have details of a marriage, and a number of baptisms already.
If you want to search back further then you would have to check the parish(es) involved to see if they have records going further back.
