Title: Help needed finding photos/info about a Sergeant Harry Edwards (no. 7380)
Post by: edwards96 on Saturday 12 November 11 17:13 GMT (UK)
Hello all. I am looking for any photographs/information about a Sergeant Harry Edwards (was known as William Henry on his birth and marriage certificate) no.7380 who served in the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Light Infantry during WW1. Apparently there's supposed to be an article about him in the newspapers when he was awarded the Distinguished Conduct Medal for bravery in 1915/16 however I am unable to find it. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Do you mean the London Gazette citation?
