I am working on a documenary project and am quite interested in finding the descendants of Lois Stowe McBride. She was born in Great Brington, NOrthants in 1906. She married James McBride around 1925 and moved to London but late returned to the Bringtons.
I notice that someone named Hexham was looking for this information a year or so ago. I would very much like to get in touch with him/her.
There was also some named prudhoe who was looking for descendants of James McBride. Likewise, I would like to get in contact with him/her.
thanks very much

Hi eelbrook
Welcome to RootsChat :)
I think you might be getting a little mixed up on different forums. A user called Hexham has joined RootsChat and posted only once (not on the families you are looking at) here www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php/topic,160366.0.html May not be the same one you are looking for. If you do a general google search for Hexham and "Lois Stowe McBride", you will see a string of posts on another forum which may be the ones you are referring to.
Prudhoe has been active on RootsChat on this family, see:

Prudhoe has been on line not too long ago (in September). Best way for you to now make contact would be for you to post on one of the threads. This will ensure that Prudhoe gets an email notification of your post and hopefully they will come back and respond on the post.
As of last year, the children of Lois and James McBride look to still have been alive (according to the posts on the other forum by Hexham), so total care needs to be taken here, following RootsChat's rules on living people, to protect people's identity.

Hi again.
I have now found a copy of the original marriage certificate.
Do you have these details, if not I can P.M. them.

Hi Sandy and Monica,
Thanks very much. Anything you could forward me would be wonderful. I am a bit new at this and hope I am following procedures! I am thrilled that it looks as though there is good information about the folks I am trying to research.
All best,
Karen
