Title: Derby Court cases in the 1930's.
Post by: wisteria16 on Tuesday 25 October 11 21:25 BST (UK)
Can any-one tell me if it is possible to access court records for the 1930's. I am  not sure if the 100 year secrecy law has been changed for these records to be seen.  The other avenue might be to see prison records for the same period - are these available to the public? ???  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
