Title: Thomas Moffat Born South Carolina 1761

Can anyone help with information on
Thomas Moffat Born February 1761 in South Carolina.
Died March 1820 in Jasper Georgia.
He was the son of James Moffat born in Scotland in 1718 and died in Lincoln Georgia  date unknown.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

According to the link below:-  James Moffatt. Born 17 July 1730 in Scotland and died  2 September 1809 in Lincoln County, GA
