Title: Descendents of George James LAMBERT & Elizabeth Everett FLEMING, W Australia
Post by: colincam on Saturday 08 October 11 12:18 BST (UK)
I would interested in hearing from any descendents of George James Lambert and Elizabeth Everett Fleming. George was a MLA of Western Australia in the early 1900's. The couple had a son named George Gordon Lambert who was born in Perth in 1925 and died in 2003 but I do not know if he had any offsprings.

George Gordon LAMBERT appeared on a number of electoral rolls with whom I would assume was his wife.  I will pm you the information as there is a possiblity she may still be living as there is a telephone listing with a person of the same name and initials.

George's burial record

As you have the date of his death from his burial record you could request a lookup for his death notice from the State Library of Western Australia.  Hopefully the notice will give you the name of his family members.

Thanks AussieGenealogy for the newspaper cutting. I must admit I had forgotten about this posting.
I am now in contact with Norma Lambert nee Chaffey on a regular basis and have obtained a lot of information on the Lambert family from her. She has a very interesting ancestral background in her own right.
