Post by: noytd on Thursday 15 September 11 09:52 BST (UK)
Was wondering if anybody could make out what the occupation is?

Hi noytd,

It is "Hallier - coal". Hallier was a worker who hauled coal from the seam in a coal mine.

Kind Regards,
Matt T.
